We find the source of the leak, which is not always where the stain shows up inside, and explain what needs to be done. Our customers have told us we send photos and detailed recommendations with our quotes, so you can see the issue yourself. Some roofs can be repaired and some are too far gone. If the roof is old enough that a patch would likely cause trouble nearby, we will say so and explain the replacement option. Estimates and evaluations are free, with no pressure and no obligation to sign. We take care of the work and leave your yard and landscaping the way we found them.

Will you tell me if the roof is not worth repairing?
Yes. If the roof is too worn for a repair to hold, we will explain why and talk through replacement. You are not obligated to take any next step.
Do I need to be home during the repair?
Not always. We will contact you before the crew arrives and let you know when the work is complete.
